Julie has been working in Property Management and/or Leasing since 1994. She is a Certified Credit Compliance Professional for LIHTC Program and has a Masters and Bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee.
Executive Vice President
Lindsay has been working in Rental Property Management since 1998 and Federal Compliance since 1999. In 2011 she began work with Multi-Family Housing Property Management. She has Doctorate, Masters, and Bachelors degrees from East Tennessee State University.

Kristi is a Knoxville native. She has worked in property management since 1997. She has worked with all facets of rentals to include multifamily affordable, multifamily conventional, and single-family homes. She became a Certified Credit Compliance Professional in 2000.
Regional Director
Kristin has been working with Multi-family, Commercial, Single Family rental properties and in the Customer Service industry since 2009. She is LIHTC Federal Compliance and Fair Housing Certified and has a Bachelor of Arts from East Tennessee State University.
Area Supervisor
Denise has been working in Office Management, Bookkeeping and Customer Service Management since 1995 and in Property Management since 2014.
Accounts Payable
Jill has been working in property management and accounts payable with D&K Management since 2005. She has a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science and a Master of Education from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Celeste has lived in Knoxville for over 30 years. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in finance and has an extensive background in financial services and Real Estate.

Kim has been working in accounting since 1990. Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the property management accounting side of D&K Management, Inc.
Regional Supervisor
Nikki began her career in Property Management in 2016 and has been with D & K Management, Inc. since 2019. Nikki attended Hazard Community & Technical College and has over 20 years of experience in customer service. She has attended numerous annual certification trainings including Fair Housing, Civil Rights and Compliance, and Cyber Awareness.
Maintenance Director
Lloyd had his General Contractor for 30+ years and has been in Property Management and Maintenance since 2011. Lloyd is trained in HUD and LIHTC Inspection Compliance and Fair Housing. As The Director of Maintenance, Lloyd brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to D&K Management, Inc.

Bobby has an extensive background in property maintenance starting in 1990 and is a Master Painter. He has been performing maintenance for D & K Management, Inc. at multiple properties since 1998.
Office Manager
Jessica has managed our Johnson City office since 2021. She is a Tri-Cities native with an extensive background in customer service and client relations.
Director of Marketing
Zoe is an East Tennessee native who began her career in property management in 2020. She has a master's degree in Brand and Media Strategy from ETSU. She works part-time to help fulfill the advertising needs of our rental portfolio.

Amber has an extensive background in property management starting in 2014. She has been with D & K Management since 2021. Amber specializes in affordable housing and currently manages our HUD and Rural Development properties as well as some conventional properties in the Tri-City Area.

Angel has 20+ years experience in both residential and commercial property management. She began her real estate career in South Florida in 1999, which lead her here in 2014, where she fell in love with the beauty of East Tennessee. Her property management experience runs the gamut from luxury single family homes and apartment complexes to affordable multi-family housing and senior independent living to project management, acquisitions and development.

Angie has been in the customer service industry since 1999. She attended ETSU in Child and Family studies and has worked in the Property Management and Real Estate industry since 2019.

Brooke began her career in Property Management in 2000. Her properties have ranged from 96 to 478 units and from brand new to mature properties. She has also worked as a vendor in the industry, selling rental furniture and construction/flooring. Brooke knows that her workplace is where the residents call home and strives to reflect care and understanding at Farragut Pointe.

Connie has been working in Property Management and/or Leasing & Consulting since 2015 and is LIHTC Federal Compliance and Fair Housing Certified.

With a strong background in property management, Courtney’s experience spans across diverse housing sectors, including Student Housing and Low-Income Multifamily Housing, specifically in Tax Credit and Project Based Rental Assistance programs. Courtney is certified as a Tax Credit Specialist through the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM) and CPO Certified through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

Elizabeth Taylor has a background in customer service, office management and accounting starting in 1986. She has been a Property Manager with D & K Management since 2002. Elizabeth has attended several certification trainings over the years including fair housing, civil rights and compliance and basics about the prevention of mold.

Krista Evans has 8+ years of experience working in property management of single-family homes, low-income HUD housing, and luxury vacation homes. She has over 20+ years in customer service. She had an associate’s degree from Roane State Community College.
Leasing Assistant
Lisa attended Texas Tech University and has an extensive background in copy editing and administration. For the past 13 years, she has been managing an HOA in West Knoxville, and she is excited to bring her skills and knowledge to Farragut Pointe.

Maranda has been working in property management since 2009, and has been a with D & K Management, Inc. since 2018. She has attended annual certification training for Fair Housing and USDA/Rural Development.
