D&K Management, Inc. is a family-owned, full-service property management company with over 50 years of expertise in Rural Development, Tax Credit, and conventional apartment management. In addition to managing single-family homes, condominiums, and homeowner associations, we currently offer our exceptional services across Tennessee, North Carolina, and Virginia. Our reputation for providing exceptional customer service, responsiveness, and compliance expertise sets us apart in the industry. Our dedicated compliance staff consistently delivers outstanding results during inspections and audits, ensuring properties meet the highest standards. At D&K Management, we pride ourselves on offering personalized attention, comprehensive financial reporting, and exceptional resident retention. Julie Griffin

President


Julie has been working in Property Management and/or Leasing since 1994. She is a Certified Credit Compliance Professional for LIHTC Program and has a Masters and Bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee.

Lindsay Nickels

Executive Vice President 


Lindsay has been working in Rental Property Management since 1998 and Federal Compliance since 1999. In 2011 she began work with Multi-Family Housing Property Management. She has Doctorate, Masters, and Bachelors degrees from East Tennessee State University.

Kristi Gass

Director of Compliance

Regional Manager


Kristi is a Knoxville native. She has worked in property management since 1997. She has worked with all facets of rentals to include multifamily affordable, multifamily conventional, and single-family homes. She became a Certified Credit Compliance Professional in 2000.

Kristin Peterson

Regional Director 


Kristin has been working with Multi-family, Commercial, Single Family rental properties and in the Customer Service industry since 2009. She is LIHTC Federal Compliance and Fair Housing Certified and has a Bachelor of Arts from East Tennessee State University.

Denise Graham

Area Supervisor


Denise has been working in Office Management, Bookkeeping and Customer Service Management since 1995 and in Property Management since 2014.

Jill Salsbury

Accounts Payable 


Jill has been working in property management and accounts payable with D&K Management since 2005. She has a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science and a Master of Education from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Celeste Frazier

Accounts Payable


Celeste has lived in Knoxville for over 30 years. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in finance and has an extensive background in financial services and Real Estate.

Kim Harter

Accounts Payable 


Kim has been working in accounting since 1990. Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the property management accounting side of D&K Management, Inc.

Nikki Coleman

Regional Supervisor 


Nikki began her career in Property Management in 2016 and has been with D & K Management, Inc. since 2019. Nikki attended Hazard Community & Technical College and has over 20 years of experience in customer service. She has attended numerous annual certification trainings including Fair Housing, Civil Rights and Compliance, and Cyber Awareness.

Lloyd Osborne

Maintenance Director 


Lloyd had his General Contractor for 30+ years and has been in Property Management and Maintenance since 2011. Lloyd is trained in HUD and LIHTC Inspection Compliance and Fair Housing. As The Director of Maintenance, Lloyd brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to D&K Management, Inc.

Bobby Gass

Maintenance Director 


Bobby has an extensive background in property maintenance starting in 1990 and is a Master Painter. He has been performing maintenance for D & K Management, Inc. at multiple properties since 1998.

Jessica Wilde

Office Manager 


Jessica has managed our Johnson City office since 2021. She is a Tri-Cities native with an extensive background in customer service and client relations.

Zoe Hill

Director of Marketing


Zoe is an East Tennessee native who began her career in property management in 2020. She has a master's degree in Brand and Media Strategy from ETSU. She works part-time to help fulfill the advertising needs of our rental portfolio.

Amber Hughes

Property Manager 


Amber has an extensive background in property management starting in 2014. She has been with D & K Management since 2021. Amber specializes in affordable housing and currently manages our HUD and Rural Development properties as well as some conventional properties in the Tri-City Area.

Angel Martin

Property Manager 


Angel has 20+ years experience in both residential and commercial property management. She began her real estate career in South Florida in 1999, which lead her here in 2014, where she fell in love with the beauty of East Tennessee. Her property management experience runs the gamut from luxury single family homes and apartment complexes to affordable multi-family housing and senior independent living to project management, acquisitions and development.

Angie Blankenship

Property Manager 


Angie has been in the customer service industry since 1999. She attended ETSU in Child and Family studies and has worked in the Property Management and Real Estate industry since 2019.

Brooke Boyd

Property Manager 


Brooke began her career in Property Management in 2000. Her properties have ranged from 96 to 478 units and from brand new to mature properties. She has also worked as a vendor in the industry, selling rental furniture and construction/flooring. Brooke knows that her workplace is where the residents call home and strives to reflect care and understanding at Farragut Pointe.

Connie Keesey

Property Manager 


Connie has been working in Property Management and/or Leasing & Consulting since 2015 and is LIHTC Federal Compliance and Fair Housing Certified.

Courtney Garner

Property Manager 


With a strong background in property management, Courtney’s experience spans across diverse housing sectors, including Student Housing and Low-Income Multifamily Housing, specifically in Tax Credit and Project Based Rental Assistance programs. Courtney is certified as a Tax Credit Specialist through the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM) and CPO Certified through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

Elizabeth Taylor

Property Manager 


Elizabeth Taylor has a background in customer service, office management and accounting starting in 1986. She has been a Property Manager with D & K Management since 2002. Elizabeth has attended several certification trainings over the years including fair housing, civil rights and compliance and basics about the prevention of mold.

Krista Evans

Property Manager



Krista Evans has 8+ years of experience working in property management of single-family homes, low-income HUD housing, and luxury vacation homes. She has over 20+ years in customer service. She had an associate’s degree from Roane State Community College.

Lisa Rives

Leasing Assistant


Lisa attended Texas Tech University and has an extensive background in copy editing and administration. For the past 13 years, she has been managing an HOA in West Knoxville, and she is excited to bring her skills and knowledge to Farragut Pointe.

Maranda Brown

Property Manager


Maranda has been working in property management since 2009, and has been a with D & K Management, Inc. since 2018. She has attended annual certification training for Fair Housing and USDA/Rural Development.

Peggy Smith

Property Manager


Peggy has 8 years of property management experience specializing in property development and project management. She graduated King University with a bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration and Liberty University with her master’s degree in accounting. Outside of property management and development, Peggy spent 11 years with The Common Wealth of Virginia working directly with developing businesses and consumers. Peggy brings a wealth of knowledge in property management, business development and customer success to our D&K Management team!

Shannon Reeves

Property Manager


Shannon has been working in property management and/or leasing since 2018. She is a Knoxville native with a business degree from the University of Tennessee.

Shara Wood

Property Manager 


Shara has been a Property Manager with D & K Management since October of 2018. She came to us with 2 years of property management experience and over 15 years of customer service experience.

Tish Smitherman

Property Manager 


Tish has been working in the multifamily industry since 2010 and has been in management since 1994. Tish is certified in Fair Housing, Cyber Awareness, HUD, and LIHTC.

Tracey Bise

Property Manager 


Tracey is a Knoxville native who has been with D & K Management since September 2022. She has a strong background in Human Resources and customer service and currently manages the single-family homes portfolio in the Knoxville and surrounding areas.
