George has been working in Property Management and/or Development since 1980. He has a Tennessee Real Estate Brokers license, is a Member of the National Association of Real Estate Boards, has a Masters Degree from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee. He is a Lt. Col, retired (USAF).
Julie has been working in Property Management and/or Leasing since 1994. She is a Certified Credit Compliance Professional for LIHTC Program and has a Masters and Bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee.
Lindsay has been working in Rental Property Management since 1998 and Federal Compliance since 1999. In 2011 she began work with Multi-Family Housing Property Management. She has Doctorate, Masters, and Bachelors degrees from East Tennessee State University.
Kristi has 23 years of experience in Property Management of multifamily affordable, multifamily conventional, and single family home rentals. She has 22 years of experience as a Certified Credit Compliance Professional and is Federal Compliance and Fair Housing Certified.
Denise has been working in Office Management, Bookkeeping and Customer Service Management since 1995 and in Property Management since 2014.
Kristin has been working with Multi-family, Commercial, Single Family rental properties and in the Customer Service industry since 2009. She is LIHTC Federal Compliance and Fair Housing Certified and has a Bachelor of Arts from East Tennessee State University.
Tish has been working in the multifamily industry since 2010 and has been in management since 1994. Tish is certified in Fair Housing, Cyber Awareness, HUD, and LIHTC.
Connie has been working in Property Management and/or Leasing & Consulting since 2015 and is LIHTC Federal Compliance and Fair Housing Certified.
Jill has been working in property management and accounts payable with D&K Management since 2005. She has a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science and a Master of Education from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
One of the newest members of the D&K staff, Kim has been working in accounting since 1990. Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the property management accounting side of D&K Management, Inc.
Patricia has been working in property management since 1994 and in customer service since 1975. She is LIHTC Federal Compliance & Fair Housing Certified and has a Computerized Accounting Associates Degree from Kee Campus Business College.
Nikki began her career in Property Management in 2016 and has been with D & K Management, Inc. since 2019. Nikki has attended annual certification training for Fair Housing, Civil Rights and Compliance, and Cyber Awareness.
Zoe began her career in property management with D&K after graduating with her master’s degree in marketing related fields from ETSU in 2020.
Lloyd had his General Contractor for 30+ years and has been in Property Management and Maintenance since 2011. Lloyd is trained in HUD and LIHTC Inspection Compliance and Fair Housing. As The Director of Maintenance, Lloyd brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to D&K Management, Inc.
Bobby has an extensive background in property maintenance starting in 1990 and is a Master Painter. He has been performing maintenance for D & K Management, Inc. at multiple properties since 1998.
Maranda came to us with an extensive property management background starting in 2009. She has been a Property Manager for D & K Management, Inc. since 2018. She has attended annual certification training for Fair Housing and USDA/Rural Development.

Angie has been in the customer service industry since 1999. She attended ETSU in Child and Family studies and has worked in the Property Management and Real Estate industry since 2019.
Shara has been a Property Manager with D & K Management since October of 2018. She came to us with 2 years of property management experience and over 15 years of customer service experience.

Jessica has managed our Johnson City office since 2021. She is a Tri-Cities native with an extensive background in customer service and client relations.
Tracey is a Knoxville native who has been with D&K Management, Inc. since September of 2022. She manages single family homes in the Knoxville and Lenoir City area.
Carri is from Marion, Virginia. She has years of experience managing long and short term rentals. Carri manages multifamily properties in the Tri-Cities and southwest Virginia area for D&K Management, Inc.
Traci is a Knoxville native who graduated from the University of Tennessee with her bachelor’s degree in Retail Management. She comes to D&K Management, Inc. with over 20 years of accounting and book keeping experience.
